- FTP or backend details will remain confidential and are not provided to the user.

Validity and Development Process
We involve our clients throughout the website development lifecycle via email communication:
- If you fail to respond to our content or material request emails within 15 days (including 2 reminders), your website services may be deactivated.
- Any reactivation after service suspension will incur additional charges.
Hosting & Approval
- Once development is complete, a preview link will be shared with the client for feedback.
- If no response is received within
5 business days, the project will be deemed approved and hosted live.
- Changes requested after this period may incur service fees.
